No matter the issue, we want our customers to know that we are there when needed.  Our help desk is staffed Mon-Fri from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.  Below are Kinetix's help/support options for our valued customers.

  • Email Support
    • If you are having an IT-related issue, the quickest way to get assistance is to fill out the form on this page or email us at help@kinetixinc.com.  This contact form or your help@kinetixinc.com email triggers a "ticket" that is sent to our support agents.  We then figure out the quickest and easiest way to get your issue corrected. If it is after hours, rest assured we will get back to you. However, if it is a NON-EMERGENCY, then it will be during the next day's business hours.
  • Phone or Help Desk
    • Well, what if you do not have access to email?  Great question!  The second quickest option for assistance is to call us at either 616-455-8700 for West Michigan and 734-535-8700 for SE Michigan customers.  If you are unsure, then just use either number.  You will then be directly connected to a help desk agent if it is during business hours.  If it is after hours, simply leave us a voicemail.  The voicemail will trigger a ticket for you in our system.  Rest assured that we have received notice of your ticket being generated.  However, if it is a NON-EMERGENCY, we will assign your ticket to an agent during the next day's business hours.
